Maybe you’ve been trying for years to figure out why you can’t seem to execute. why you can’t live as the man you’d like to be in your relationships.

You’ve read the books. Tried harder. Set better goals. Pushed yourself to stay disciplined. And still…you feel stuck.

Or maybe you’ve found ways to avoid the internal sense of being stuck entirely: burying yourself in work, endless projects, pushing yourself to extremes, numbing out, playing it small, controlling others, or keeping people at arm’s length.

It works…until it doesn’t.

Underneath there’s this nagging sense that something isn’t working with how you’re living. That other men have figured out what you’re missing.

what is keeping you from delivering on what you know you’re capable of? From being who you want to be?

You might not call it “shame,” but it’s there—underneath every moment of feeling like you’re inadequate, unconfident, weak, or not enough.

Here’s what I want you to hear: It’s not your fault. It’s not a character flaw. And you don’t have to fix yourself…because you’re not broken!

Chronic shame is a whole-body state your system developed to keep you stable. But it can shift—not through more effort or willpower, but by changing the conditions in your system.

This 6-month course creates exactly those conditions.

Structured

practical

predictable results

This is an invitation to stop fighting yourself and get your whole system working for you. That’s how you show up as you actually are, without shame getting in the way.

As you do, things shift: The paralysis lifts. You can make decisions without endless second-guessing. You take action without that voice telling you you’re going to fail. You handle conflict with more ease. You’re steady around others. The need to prove yourself quiets down.

In short, the energy you’ve been using to fight yourself becomes available for what you actually want to build.

Hi. I'm Rena K.

I had to learn the hard way how to get free from debilitating chronic shame. I created this program so you could find your way out more easily.

I experimented until I found the practices that led to predictable results, first for myself, and then for others. And in time, I learned the science behind why what I did worked so effectively.

I also grew up with three brothers. I’ve seen how shame works differently in men than it did for me and my women participants. Also, over the past few decades, I’ve watched the cultural shaming of men intensify.

That troubles me. Because your family, friends, and the broader community benefit from your gifts. And I don’t want shame, whether it came from your past or from the culture around you, to keep you from sharing those.

So, let’s get you unstuck. Let’s get you building what you’re here to build, showing up for the people who matter, and trusting yourself again.

I want you to experience the freedom that’s possible on the other side of this.

What does the course consist of?

At the heart of this course are gentle practices that shift your biology and reorganize it without you having to orchestrate the process.

No force. No willpower. No figuring it out. Just the right conditions, created deliberately, so your system can do what it already knows how to do, which is to heal and grow automatically.

Where the change happens:

Each week, your 90-minute group session is where new experiences are created. Through carefully guided processes, experiential activities, and genuine interaction, your system begins to reorganize. This happens quietly, beneath the level of conscious resistance. Real-time coaching supports you exactly where you are.

Where the change stabilizes:

Your bi-weekly Journey-Mate practices repeat and reinforce those same processes between sessions. This isn’t homework. It’s the mechanism by which new organization becomes permanent and embedded gently into your system through repetition and relationship.

Where you’re held throughout:

  • Weekly information videos that make sense of what you’re experiencing
  • Monthly Office Hour for whatever questions or experiences come up
  • Monthly individual coaching sessions tailored to your process
  • Review sessions after course completion to consolidate your progress.

Yours to return to, always:

  • Indefinite access to all recorded materials. They will be available whenever you want them
  • Ongoing support community after graduation

by the end, you'll be able to...

Release

  • De-shame shame itself so it stops silently running the show in the background.
  • Create the conditions for shame to shift without more effort, willpower, or forcing yourself.
  • Quiet the relentless self-criticism that can keep you stuck.

Return

  • Learn to trust your own system again. It knows how to heal when given the right conditions.
  • Feel grounded from the inside out—not something you have to manufacture, but something that emerges naturally.
  • Stop beating yourself up and experience what it’s like when that inner nagging voice finally goes quiet.

Reconnect

  • Feel free to be yourself without the constant performance.
  • Come out of isolation through a community of men who get it from the inside.
  • Experience what it’s like to belong—maybe for the first time in a long time

Emerge

  • Build real confidence that doesn’t need to be performed or maintained.
  • Reconnect with what actually matters to you, not what you think should matter.
  • Show up for what you’re here to build.

This course is for you if:

  • You have skills and drive but something keeps stopping you from executing.
  • You know you’re capable of more, but you can’t seem to break through some invisible ceiling.
  • You want to let go of performing or trying to prove yourself to others or yourself.
  • You find yourself isolating, numbing out, or staying buried in work and activities to avoid some unknown sense of dread.
  • You’re tired of ignoring the inner nagging voice to “get it together.”
  • You don’t have the kind of depth or connection you believe is possible with your partner, friends, or kids.
  • You’ve tried therapy, meditation, books, and working hard at change, but you’re still stuck in familiar patterns.
  • You’re willing to try a different approach: one that gently sets you on the path for the automatic organization of your biology and life.
  • You’re curious about how life can be even better than it is, and you want to go for it.

FAQ

why a group dedicated to men?

Shame operates differently for men. You've likely spent your entire life being told that admitting struggle is weakness. That asking for help means you can't handle things on your own. That vulnerability is something to avoid at all costs.

A men's group removes a layer of performance. You don't have to prove anything. You don't have to show up as the guy who has it together. You're with other men who know exactly what it's like to feel stuck and feel like they should somehow be further along in life, all while trying to hide that feeling.

That shared understanding creates permission. Permission to actually do the work without the added pressure of managing how you're perceived or feeling like you need to solve anyone else's problems.

I've tried therapy. How is this different?

Therapy helps you understand why you feel stuck. This course helps you get unstuck.

If you've done therapy and still can't seem to execute, still second-guess yourself, still feel like something's holding you back, that's not because therapy failed. It's because understanding shame and shifting it at a biological level are two different things.

This course doesn't dig into your past. We don't process your personal history or explore the individual reasons you feel shame. What we do instead is create new experiences that are carefully designed to give your system what it needs to reorganize.

That's not something a one-on-one conversation can provide. The group itself is part of how the work happens. But this isn't a substitute for therapy. For many men, it works well alongside it. Whether that's true for your specific situation is something we can explore in a Navigation Call.

I'm busy. How much time does this actually take?

The core commitment is 90 minutes per week for the live group session. That's the majority of where the shifts happen.

Beyond that, there are optional practices, video teachings, and resources you can engage with throughout the week to solidify the growth and reorganization process. Most men spend 20-40 minutes between sessions. Some do more. Some do less. It's totally up to you.

The course is designed to work with your life. The group sessions are doing the heavy lifting, and you don't need to add hours of homework to an already packed schedule.

How is the schedule for group sessions determined?

Once a core group of 4 men have committed with a deposit, we send out a scheduling document where everyone lists their available times. We use that to find an overlap that works for everyone in the group.

This means you have input into when the group sessions happen. It's not a fixed schedule you have to fit into. We try to find a time that actually works for your life.

What if something comes up and I can't make a session?

Life happens, so that's understandable. All sessions are recorded so you can catch up. And if you wish to make up some of the exercises, we can pair you up with someone during the week to do those.

That said, consistency matters. The men who show up regularly are the ones who see the biggest shifts. The group dynamic builds week to week, and your nervous system benefits from that regularity.

What if I realize halfway through this isn't for me?

You can withdraw for a full refund within the first 30 days. No questions asked.

You'll be able to figure out within that first month whether the group fits your needs and schedule. That's enough time to experience how the work actually feels, whether the group dynamic works for you, and whether this approach resonates.

After 30 days, the hope is that you can commit to the full six months. That commitment matters—not just as a business policy, but because real change requires consistency. Your nervous system needs time for growth steps to happen in succession.
