Maybe you’ve been trying for years to feel okay in your own skin.

Maybe you’ve done the talk therapy. Tried changing your thoughts. Worked on your attachment style. Tried power poses. And still…you feel stuck.

Underneath there’s this bone-deep feeling that something is fundamentally wrong with you. That everyone else has something you’re missing.

Something is keeping these feelings locked in place. There’s a name for what’s keeping these feelings locked in place: chronic shame. And if you’re here, some part of you already knows that.

Here’s what we want you to hear: It’s not your fault. It’s not a character flaw. And you don’t have to fix yourself to come out of it.

Chronic shame is a whole-body, biological state—

one that your system wisely developed to keep you safe.

But it can shift: Not through force. Not through willpower.

But through the right conditions.

That’s exactly what this course creates.

Safe

Shame Free

Predictable Results

This is an invitation to de-shame shame itself. To get your whole system working for you and not against you.

As you do, something quiet but remarkable happens. The critical internal voices go quiet. The exhausting self-improvement project loses its grip. The simple pleasures of life become accessible again. And friendliness towards yourself returns.

A sense of what genuinely matters to you begins to emerge. And with it, confidence in your own capabilities that doesn’t need to be manufactured or maintained.

Chronic shame has already taken enough. From you, from the people you care about, and from the world that needs what only you can offer.

This is where that can stop.

What does the course consist of?

At the heart of this course are gentle practices that shift your biology and reorganize it — without you having to orchestrate the process.

No forcing. No willpower. No figuring it out. Just the right conditions, created deliberately, so your system can do what it already knows how to do.

Where the change happens:

Each week, your 90-minute group session is where new experiences are created. Through carefully guided processes, experiential activities, and movement practices specific to melting shame, your system begins to reorganize — quietly, beneath the level of conscious resistance. Real-time coaching supports you exactly where you are.

Where the change stabilizes:

Your bi-weekly Journey-Mate practices repeat and reinforce those same processes between sessions. This isn’t homework. It’s the mechanism by which new organization becomes permanent — embedded gently into your system through repetition and relationship.

Where you’re held throughout:

  • Weekly information videos that make sense of what you’re experiencing
  • Monthly Office Hour: for whatever questions or experiences comes up
  • Monthly Tea Time: for informal, unhurried connection with your journey-mates
  • Monthly individual coaching sessions tailored to your process
  • Review sessions after course completion to consolidate your progress

Yours to return to, always:

  • Indefinite access to all recorded materials — there whenever you need them.
  • Ongoing support community after graduation

by then end, you'll be able to...

FAQ

Why small groups? What if I'm afraid to be seen?

Shame didn't develop in isolation — it developed in relationship. And that's exactly where it heals.

We know that might sound frightening. If shame has taught you anything, it's that being seen by others is dangerous. That groups are places where you get it wrong, feel exposed, or don't belong.

This group is different because of how it's designed.

Small groups allow us to carefully manage the pace and safety of every interaction. You will never be pushed to share more than feels right. You will never be put on the spot. The group itself becomes a living laboratory for something most of us with chronic shame have rarely experienced — the felt sense that it's actually safe to be seen.

And something quietly remarkable tends to happen. As your nervous system repeatedly experiences that safety in relationship, the habits of your social self begin to reorganize. Not because you force it. But because the right conditions are finally in place.

This is exactly what shame needs to melt. Not willpower. Not exposure therapy. Just the right container, the right pace, and being with people who understand what shame is like from the inside.

Do I have to or can I interact with group participants outside of weekly sessions?

There's no requirement to connect with your journey-mates beyond the weekly group sessions. But if you find yourself wanting more (and many participants do) there's a dedicated group app where additional support and connection are available whenever you might want. For many participants that between-session connection becomes one of the most meaningful parts of their experience.

I can get overwhelmed when learning new things. Will this be too much?

This course was designed with that exact concern in mind. It is about giving you right-sized experiences that support biological reorganization, not learning in the traditional sense. While there are various ways to engage in the course, most participants pick and choose what is most helpful throughout the course based on their own needs. Just showing up to the group sessions can be enough. And you'll have long-term access to all teachings, practices, and resources through a dedicated platform, so you can revisit everything at your own pace, during the course and long after it ends.

I've tried therapy. Will this be any different? And can I do this alongside my current therapy?

If you've done therapy and still feel stuck, you're not alone, and it's not your fault. Therapy is valuable. It can help you understand where your shame came from and why, which can help it lessen. But understanding shame and shifting it at a biological level are two very different things.

This course doesn't excavate the past. We don't explore the individual reasons you feel shame or process your personal history. What we do instead is create new experiences — somatic, relational, and carefully designed — that give your nervous system something it may have never had before.

That's not something a one-on-one conversation can fully provide. The group itself is part of the medicine.

This course is not a substitute for therapy. For many participants it works beautifully alongside it. Whether that's true for your specific situation is something we can explore together in a Navigation Call.
